Keeping members knowledgeable is central to LeadingAge Connecticut's mission. LeadingAge Connecticut's array of educational programs is designed to provide information relevant to a wide range of issues from clinical best practices to energy-saving strategies to caregiver stress. Many of our programs provide CEUs for nursing home administrators and we are committed to ensuring their availability.

In-Person Meeting Cancellation Policy

During the  winter season we would like to remind you of our snow day in-person meeting 

policy that was created for the convenience of the members. If LeadingAge 

Connecticut has an in-person morning meeting scheduled and school is cancelled in

Wallingford due to the weather, then the meeting will be cancelled. If there

is a delay the in-person meeting will still be held. We use this method so that members

across the state can use the television or the radio to find out if the in-person meeting will

be held.
