June 17 - Considering all the Evidence: Assessing Fall Risk Critically
Explore how clinical changes, medication, environment, and systems of care interact to increase fall risk, and how gaps between assessment, care planning, and implementation contribute to adverse outcomes.

June 24 - Getting to the “Root” of the Fall with Root Cause Analysis
Effective fall management interventions cannot be implemented if the root cause of the fall has not been identified. This session will focus on completion of a detailed root cause analysis that will guide the facility in determining the underlying cause of falls.
