This 6-week series equips LTC/AL teams with practical strategies to reduce fall risk, incidents, and injuries. Topics include QAPI for safety, improved risk assessments, root cause analysis, targeted interventions, care planning, and strengthening staff engagement in fall prevention.

July 15 - Care Planning Strategies for Achieving Success
Fall Management Interventions cannot be effective if they are not addressed on the care plan, implemented consistently, and monitored/revised as needed. This webinar will focus on successful care plan strategies for fall management. Methods for developing and reviewing/revising the care plan for falls will be reviewed along with processes for promoting consistent implementation of fall management interventions. Practical strategies for timely monitoring of fall care plan intervention effectiveness will be shared along with samples of fall management care plans.
