July 8 - Engaging the IDT Troops in Fall Management
Engagement of the IDT Troops is essential for successful fall management. Each discipline brings insight and experience to all components of the fall management process. Beginning with the Fall Scene Investigation and Root Cause Analysis to evaluation of the fall contributing factors and determination of effective interventions, the IDT provides opportunities and perceptiveness that one staff member alone cannot offer. This webinar will identify strategies for assigning IDT roles/duties for fall management. Sample tools will be reviewed to assist the team members with their assigned roles, as well as insights for conducting IDT meetings for successful identification, implementation and monitoring of fall management interventions.
