Turning Dining Data into Better Resident Experiences
Tuesday, April 28, 2026
1:00pm – 2:00pm (EST)

A webinar presentation in partnership with LeadingAge Pennsylvania

The dining experience plays a critical role in resident satisfaction, health outcomes, and overall quality of life, yet many communities still rely on anecdotal feedback rather than actionable data. This session explores how aging services providers can use meaningful data to understand what truly drives dining satisfaction and where targeted improvements make the greatest impact.

Participants will learn how to capture and interpret real-time feedback, identify the key drivers of dining satisfaction, and apply continuous quality improvement strategies across dining programs. Walk away with practical tools to elevate dining services, enhance resident engagement, and turn insight into measurable results.

Event Objectives:
1) Explain the role of the dining experience in patient and resident care, including its impact on clinical outcomes, psychological well-being, and social engagement across care settings.
2) Analyze the key drivers of dining satisfaction, including food quality, meal service, staff interactions, choice and autonomy, and the dining environment.
3) Apply continuous quality improvement strategies to dining programs by using real-time feedback and monitoring key performance metrics.

Target Audience: Food Service Operators at any level, and corporate food service leaders.
