2026 Annual Meeting Luncheon Registration Options
Please review the registration options carefully, as additional participation categories have been added
for this year’s Annual Meeting Luncheon.
| Aging Services Provider Members: $99 |

Registration is limited to employees of LeadingAge Connecticut & Rhode Island provider member organizations (e.g., nursing homes, assisted living, CCRCs, affordable housing, etc.). Business Affiliate Members are not eligible to register at this rate. |

Aging Services Provider Member Table: $900
|

Includes registration for up to 10 attendees from your organization and reserved seating together during the luncheon and program. Organizations registering 10 attendees should select this option. |
| Exhibiting Business Affiliate Members: $1,300 |
| |
Exhibit space is available only to current Business Affiliate Members of LeadingAge Connecticut & Rhode Island. Non-member businesses are not eligible to attend or exhibit. |
| Non-Exhibiting Business Affiliate Members: $275 |
| |
Business Affiliate Members may also attend the Annual Meeting without an exhibit booth at this reduced rate. This option is limited to current Business Affiliate Members only. |

Additional Registration Information
- Registration is a commitment to pay in full.
- Non-members are not permitted to attend this event.
- Table reservations will only be taken for provider organizations who register 10 people.
- The deadline for exhibitors to register will be Friday, October 2.
- The deadline for attendees to register will be Friday October 9.
- 1.0 CEU will be available for attendees post event.
- If you have any food allergies, please be sure to note that in your registration as this event will be a plated luncheon.
- Golf is NOT included in your registration. If you wish to book a tee time, please contact The Lake of Isles directly.
